proximity to the city centre, this could be the break for you. The Fairmont is a personal favourite. It oozes quality, but does not go over the top - and so therefore is comfortable. Think friendly service rather than snootiness. Couple that with the open air feel and internal design, this is a great spot to to both experience Abu Dhabi and relax. club and a trendy nightclub frequented by the hot shots of Abu
Dhabi. You're also very close to the hubub of Abu Dhabi.

the central location is the key selling point of the Beach Rotana hotel. Set on the shore,
all 413 rooms have a sea view. Additionally, this hotel has its own private
access to the hustle and bustle of Abu Dhabi Mall – great for the high heat
season when you don’t have to step outside to hit the shops. A great business
hotel for when you are not in your room all the time. It's 5 star quality, but the rooms are slightly smaller than the rest of the Abu Dhabi Hotels, but that's because it is so centrally located. The entrance hall of the Beach Rotana is amazing!

being stuck in bay engulfed by the road, but we love it anyway!
Le Royal Meridien has the benefit of
being centrally located to the main business and shopping areas with the added
joy that all rooms face the sea. The rooms are tastefully decorated with super
comfy beds Hermes toiletries. Be sure to check out the revolving rooftop
restaurant which if requested, can rotate the opposite way if preferred! There's obviously no beach, but this is a great business hotel and doesn't profess to be anything else.
The Millenium is your generic business
hotel. It really caters to that business crowd and it doesn’t do anything wrong
in that respect. It’s pretty centrally located, and the rooms are great – the
only downside is that it doesn’t have a beach, but with the public beach
available and if you have the time, you can easily go elsewhere.
The newest hotel in Abu
Dhabi (but probably not for long), this massive hotel
is giving its sister hotel, the Millennium, a run for its money. Based in Al
Wahda, a short walk from the mall, and already providing high end service, the
future looks bright for the Grand Millennium – a great business hotel for
central Abu Dhabi. Although currently dry, we hear there are changes on the horizon.
The jury is out on the new
Rayhaan. It does seem to be a great dry business hotel (no alcohol) and you
could probably get a great deal as it is so new. As with all new hotels, there
are teething problems, but no doubt this will sort itself out. The pool is very
Abu Dhabi is bringing on a whole heap of hotels over the coming years - and they're all aiming for niche audiences, and some are just aiming to be the best. That's not to say that the selection above doesn't offer choice. Quite the opposite - there are amazing hotels available and quite possibly many of these top ten Abu Dhabi hotels will remain in the top ten for many years, especially the Fairmont or the Yas Hotels for example. The 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi are discriminating - they are a level above the other hotels and you will notice the difference - the newer 5 star hotels and the refurbished ones are all ready for a new Abu Dhabi and look and feel ready for the growing crowds that have started to spend their winters here. Of course the top hotels in Abu Dhabi are luxury in nature and come with the price to match. But if you can get a hotel deal that includes bed and breakfast, you can enjoy great cuisine elsewhere in Abu Dhabi both cheap and expensive.
