Experience the Ferrari World Theme Park

At last, something other then shopping, eating and sunbathing to pass the time in Abu Dhabi.  For genuine thrill seekers – Ferrari World is the ultimate haven and will not just take the fancy of the men and boys!  Ferrari has opened its first ever theme park on 4th November in Abu Dhabi, just minutes away from the Formula 1 Grand Prix race track in Yas Island which is 15km or a 20 minute drive from Abu Dhabi city.  It is the world’s largest indoor theme park and houses the world’s fastest roller coaster – two major accolades to be proud of.  Amongst the 20 exciting rides and attractions held inside the huge red covered roof bearing the largest Ferrari logo in the world is the crowd puller – Formula Rossa, the world’s fastest rollercoaster.  Speeds of 240km/h can be reached in 4.9 seconds with an elevation of 170 feet.  The thrill is so fast; riders must wear safety goggles to protect their eyes.  Numerous other thrilling rides including a 4D simulator and G- Force as well as many fun rides for the kids. It truly is a family day out suited for all.

• It’s all high tech – great for girls and boys, and even bigger boys.

When – Tuesday to Sunday: 12:00 – 22:00. The Park is closed on Mondays.

How long – whole day. 

Location  – ‘Ferrari World, Yas Island’ – As you join Yas Island, there are signs. As you pass the circuit, you will see the imposing red building.

Cost – AED 225 for visitors above 1.5m, and AED 165 for visitors below 1.5m.
