Ibn Battuta Mall - Ibn Battuta Mall is one of the larger malls located between Dubai and Jebel Ali. The mall is themed around the countries that the traveler Ibn Battuta visited. Although there is not much difference between much of the newer malls, this one contains artifacts of the traveler dotted around the mall, which make it a tad more interesting to window shop.

Iftar - Iftar is the meal that breaks the fast during the holy month of Ramadhan. Usually this is broken with dates or water or rose water. Restaurants offer Iftar buffets giving the masses the opportunity to try and eat as much as they can after their stomach has contracted during the day.

Incense - Incense or formally known as frankincense originated from Arabia. They are still in use today as a mark of hospitality at gatherings such as weddings, eid festivals and births. In ancient times, the importance of frankincense was similar to what oil is today. Incense is usually mixed with other fragrances and can be molded as long sticks for easy burning. When lit, a smoky fragrance is emitted which has lasting effects.

Istithmar - investment firm owned by Dubai World and ultimately the Dubai Government.
