Buying Gold in Abu Dhabi
Where do you find gold in Abu Dhabi? Abu Dhabi doesn't really have a souk in the same way that Dubai does, but there is a great little mall next to Madinat Zayed which has a whole heap of gold on sale with some great designs also.
Abu Dhabi Gold Souk
If you are based in Abu Dhabi, visit the indoor gold souk at the Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre. It is strictly termed the Madinat Zayed Gold Centre and is a bolt on to the mall. Here, you’ll find the majority of the shops we’ve mentioned along with a variety of many others. There are also many gold shops on Hamdan Street which gain much attention and additionally most of the malls such as Marina and Abu Dhabi Mall will have branches of the famous Damas and Pure Gold if you are restricted on time. Hamdan Street focuses predominatly on the Indian styles, but has some western, european and Arab styles as well.
Two real places to buy gold in Abu Dhabi and we wouldn't recommend wasting your time elsewhere. While it is not illegal, the diesgns are less fashionable or classic.
