Saadiyat Promenade; this will be the home of the main leisure and entertainment outlets and family resorts;  2. Saadiyat Marina - this will include a 100 berth marina, waterfront residential property, more retail and leisure facilities and a maritime museum; 3. Saadiyat Reserve; this will see a golf resort designed by Robert Trent Jones II and more waterfront property; 4. Saadiyat Lagoons - lagoons in a mangrove sanctuary with additional waterfront property; 5.  Saadiyat Cultural District - the heart of the island consisting of Zayed National Museum, The Louvre Abu Dhabi, The Guggenheim Museum, Performing Arts Centre, Saadiyat Experience Centre, boutique hotels, boutique office space and retail complexes; 6. Saadiyat Retreat - luxury residential villas and boutique hotels; 7.  Saadiyat Beach District - 9km of natural beach, private and public beach clubs, five star branded hotels, the only ‘ocean’ golf course in the Gulf designed by the famous Gary Player and will be known as the Saadiyat Island Golf Resort, additional luxury beach fronted property and villas. Saadiyat Beach District will be a 10 minute walk to the main attraction – Saadiyat Cultural District and Saadiyat Island will be linked to Abu Dhabi city via a light rail system and a highway, making it only a 10 minute drive from the centre of Abu Dhabi.
