Another landmark structure to grace Abu Dhabi city will be the Etihad Towers run under the management of the renowned Jumeirah Group. It will consist of five towers: a hotel, apartments and office space at 300 metres high – the same height as the Eiffel Tower! One of the towers will be the Jumeirah Emirates Tower, a luxury hotel. The Etihad Towers are located in the Khalidiya area, next to the Emirates Palace and due for completion mid to late 2011.
