The New District of Arzanah

Another district on built on prime real estate land in Abu Dhabi will be Arzanah.  It is located in the Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque area near the Zayed Main Stadium and has 2km of exclusive beach front area on the Khaleej Al Arabi street.  In terms of distance from Abu Dhabi city, it is not far - at about a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.  This district will have its own amenities, so there really won’t be a need to travel to the city.  A huge retail outlet is planned by the famous Majid Al Futtaim group, schools, a specialist medical complex, and internationally recognised schools.  Arzanah will be home to several sports outlets such as an international tennis complex, a 40 lane bowling arena, ice rink and aquatic centre.  The residential units and retail area are planned for completion between 2011 and 2012.  The Arzanah development is a non – investment zone, therefore foreign investors will be unable to buy property in this area for the time being.
