The Abu Dhabi Beach Waterfront Development

Another one of Abu Dhabi’s mega developments, Al Raha Beach, is Abu Dhabi’s desired vision for one of the best waterfront cities in the world.  It is located off the main highway connecting Dubai and Abu Dhabi on reclaimed land and will accommodate 120,000 residents over 11 precincts that will feature hotels, marinas parks, malls, entertainment as well as hospitals, schools and all other necessary amenities.  Al Raha Beach will also be home to many businesses and have its own business district which will also be easily accessible to those living in Dubai via road as well a high speed rail network. Development work has been completed on most of the 11 precincts and property is already available for sale in the majority of precincts to both local and foreign investors.  Entire completion for Al Raha is expected by 2019.  The Al Raha Beach Hotel has been open for a few years now.
