For an uber cool dining experience, the renowned Michelin starred London branch recently opened at the stylish and classy Emirates Palace.  Every dish is perfection and service is second to none.  The moment you step into this class experience, you feel like a VIP which everyone should, once in a while!  The cocktails here are super chic but the prices aren’t, so you may want to go easy.  If you are not a drinker you may be able to enjoy Hakkasan for around 300 Dhs per person. 

Mid Range:

If you’re after a good Chinese restaurant with nice décor, this is your perfect mid range fanfare.  The food is good with all the classics on show however the service can sometimes be slow.  Don’t let this put you off as the overall experience is good.

Located behind the  Madinat Zayed shopping centre next to the Ruby Salon is a decent chinese eatery.  If all you fancy is some good food and not too bothered about service and etiquette, you can fill your belly at Red Castle.  The menu is varied and has something for every palette, and we actually favour the vegetarian dishes over the non - veg.  The décor isn’t glam but you’ll be happy with your food.  One person can easily dine and have a drink for under 60 Dhs.  Unlicensed.

The flagship restaurant based in the majority of Shangri La hotels globally is proving a popular choice for locals and expats craving a good Chinese dose.  Quality service that you would expect to receive in a Shangri La chain, however sometimes a bit too attentive.   Its currently ‘the’ place to go for dim sum.
