Rahim founded Grapeshisha in 2003 by sending an email to a select few on arriving in Abu Dhabi. The email grew past a manageable number and the website was borne. After perfecting the art of mystery shopping in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Zohara has now taken over writing the content and Rahim concentrates on partnerships, and looks after the blog. Zohara is as comfortable in Meena Bazaar in Dubai as she is at Etoiles in Emirates Palace. She can bargain and party, but not at the same time. Rahim can eat four chicken shawarmas in one sitting usually at the Lebanon Flower. He cries whenever he hears Andrea Bocelli’s “Time to say Goodbye” at the Dubai Fountain.
